Old Wailuku Inn at Ulupono

Old Wailuku Inn at Ulupono

Though the house was built in 1924, impeccable restoration has allowed this plantation-style home to include all the modern comforts. It’s listed on Hawaii’s Registry of Historic Places, and the hand-sewn quilts that cover each bed are authentic pieces of art. Centrally located, and offering phenomenal breakfasts, this shaded sanctuary of forgotten simplicity is a slice of true Hawaii.
