The Walker Inn
Tucked behind The Normandie Club is this intimate, omakase-style cocktail bar that serves culinary cocktails and bar snacks in a tasting menu format. It's like a combination of Tokyo’s Bar High Five and Chicago’s Aviary, all with a decicedly Californian twist. The project is a collaboration between hospitality-entertainment wizards Devon Tarby, Alex Day, Cedd Moses, Eric Needleman, and David Kaplan. Eventually the team plans to open curated hotel rooms upstairs, too.
