The list of awards the Ledbury has garnered is lengthy: two Michelin stars, number 20 on the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurant list in 2014, and best restaurant in the U.K. by the Observer Food Monthly that same year, to name but a few. They offer a tasting menu (and a vegetarian option for the tasting menu), a set lunch, as well as an à la carte dinner menu. Head chef Brett Graham got his start at the age of 15 in a small fish restaurant in his native Australia, and here he's serving innovative cuisine, like candy beetroot that's baked in clay, smoked, and served with eel, or flame grilled mackerel with pickled cucumber, Celtic mustard, and shiso.
