DF/Mexico

DF/Mexico

With a residency at the Old Truman Brewery in the East End of London and a name that comes from the Distrito Federal in Mexico City, DF/Mexico will be serving modern Mexican cuisine for 90 covers at a time.  The menu includes dirty tortas, four-hour chili beef, and skin-on fries paired with beers reflecting the setting, including an Amber Ale from Gipsy Hill Brewery.
