100 Maneiras
100 Maneiras was one of the first restaurants in Lisbon to embrace local ingredients and traditions in a gourmet experience. Serbian chef Ljubomir Stanisac's bi-annually changing, nine-course tasting menu—the only option here—is a steal at $66. Expect a flurry of surprises (dehydrated cod with coriander aioli and red-pepper coulis, scarlet prawn head with lime and garlic mayo, prawn olive oil and ras el hanout), since there's no menu to peruse beforehand. Those that prefer a quicker meal can head to nearby 100 Maneiras Bistro for à la carte offerings.
