Casa Andina Private Collection Miraflores
The 33-year-old Miraflores Cesar’s Hotel was the place to stay in its heyday, but a much-needed makeover transformed it into the more contemporary Casa Andina Private Collection Miraflores. Despite its revamped look—bold artwork, a palm-fringed indoor pool—the hotel hasn’t completely done away with tradition: wood-beam ceilings and Peruvian ceramics decorate the 148 rooms, and you can still hear boleros in the lobby lounge. Upgrade to a Senior Suite for an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Also worth a stop is Alma Restaurant, for its grilled alpalca tenderloin.
