With only 14 tables in the main dining room, it's hard to imagine a more personal and exclusive dining experience in all of Florida. Very traditional wood paneling and portraits decorate the room, where diners wait in almost-giddy anticipation for chef Scott Hunnel's creations. The esoteric but accessible menu relies heavily on relationships with local farmers, and it's one that produces an array of desirable seven- and ten-course prix-fixe dinners. The ultimate indulgence is to book the famed Chef's Table for a small group, but with only eight spots available, bookings are recommended months, if not a year, in advance.
