Hyatt Regency Orlando
Its Orange County Convention Center proximity speaks to the nature of this hotel, which is less theme-park-focused than most of the others in the city. Not everyone visiting Orlando wants to be swamped with cartoon characters, so it's a worthy addition to the Hyatt portfolio. The levels of luxury are still intact from its days as the Peabody, and the three pools and seven restaurants will still appeal to holidaymakers not wanting to commit to in-park accommodations. The high-end technology in the rooms, including motion-sensor lighting, are definite lures for the business traveler—though it's perhaps one of the more casual business environments on the market.
