Overhead, a metal installation of a school of swimming fish by a local artist sets the stage for beautifully plated seafood inspired by South America and the Mediterranean, made even more impressive by the fact that native Venezuelan chef Omar Pereney was only 20 years old when the restaurant opened. Part of the glitzy BLVD Place development, the entrance is marked by a small, traditional seafood market in which guests can peruse the day's fresh catches , or have it packaged to take home. Inside the contemporary white and coral main dining room, "floor chefs" stroll to help diners make selections on cuts of fish, preparation, and sauces from a menu inclusive of traditional seafood items, paella, raw bar, Peruvian shrimp soup, lobster cappuccino, Mexican ceviche, and squid ink Spanish pasta, plus others like filet and pork ribs.
