Hoku's at the Kahala
Located inside the Kahala Hotel & Resort, Hoku’s has earned critical praise for its inventive and upscale Pacific Rim cuisine, crafted by chef Wayne Hirabayashi. Combining both island and European design elements, the dining room has an upscale but aprroachable feel with its bamboo floors, ocean views, and open kitchen. The menu is constantly evolving to ensure that dishes are prepared with the freshest available ingredients. Offerings include Chinese house roast duck with bao buns, wok fried vegetables and orange hoisin sauce, and grilled scallops with eggplant miso and tempura asparagus.
