Located inside the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, the candlelit dining room is designed with white-clothed tables, black Philippe Starck chairs, and abstract paintings by Californian artist Tony DeLap. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Victoria Harbour, while a spiral staircase leads to a 1,000-bottle wine cellar. In the kitchen, French Laundry alum Andrea Fraire crafts specialties from his native northern Italy, such as handmade garganelli pasta with sautéed red prawns, zucchini, and saffron.
