Bagatelle St. Barth
Sure, the food by chef Sofinae Dridi at this chic Gustavia bistro along the marina does not disappoint—dishes like slow-cooked leg of lamb with house-made gnocchi or linguine with clams are total crowd pleasers. But most come here for the music, dancing, and the outstanding cocktails, whether it’s a rosé sangria made with fresh peach puree, or a “Patron Mexican Kiss” made with Patron Citronge tequila, mandarin liqueur, angostura bitter, and an orang peels. And then, there are the mega-cocktails, meant to be shared among friends: the Super Mojito, Mega Sex on the Beach, and Olympic Piscine all serve six to eight. If you’ve done dinner elsewhere in Gustavia, definitely come by after.
