Parisian chef Guy Martin’s outpost at Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa is worth visiting for the seaside setting alone. A handful of the white-linen clad tables dot the deck, allowing for uninterrupted views of the sea. But the food—a mash-up of French, Caribbean, and Asian flavors—more than delivers. Don’t miss the spiny lobster with Madras curry, crabmeat and vegetable cannelloni, and local wahoo tartare flavored with nori.
