The Greenhouse
The Greenhouse was awarded a Michelin star just three years after opening. Mickael Viljanen is one of the finest chefs in Ireland, and he runs a restaurant that never fails to charm. The dining room is intimate, framed by plush velvet banquettes, the tables shrouded in starched linen tablecloths. Every element of the meal is exquisite, from the basket of warm breads and whipped butter to the petit fours you’ll wish you could buy in bulk. The Sika deer is a show-stopping dish, served juicy and rare, surrounded by wild blackberries and a frothing mushroom emulsion.
