With the seafoam-green exterior and purple trim of this 1970s-style A-frame, it shouldn’t be hard to find this popular restaurant on U.S. Highway 6 in Eastham, which is near the Wellfleet Flea Market. The colorful interior can be seen through the floor-to-ceiling front windows. Chef-owners Laura Hopper-Fish and Tony Fish are part of the slow-food movement as reflected in their made-from-scratch, small-batches breakfast buffet, which uses fresh and—when available—local and organic ingredients. Popular items include buttermilk pancakes, applewood bacon, eggs Benedict and frittatas. The menu also includes à la carte Southern-style dishes.
