A husband and wife team, Jeff and Kyleena Graceffa run this less-than-secret pizzeria, serving award-winning pizzas in a historic miner's cabin decorated with treasures from their world travels. Also available as delivery, the pies run from the Notorious F.I.G. with its fresh figs, sliced prosciutto, and truffle oil, to the White Dragon combining ricotta, pineapple, shrimp, and bacon. But these pizzas are not fast food: the dough is tossed to order and then baked in a brick oven. While waiting, sample the charcoal-grilled wings served with an Asian barbecue sauce, or a snow-cone-style martini from the adventurous drinks list.
