La Cofradia Restaurant
This upscale fusion restaurant reflects the cultural heritage of chef and owner Jean-Paul Desmaison, who was born in Peru and trained in Europe. The menu includes classic Italian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, like baby octopus in olives ragoût, alongside traditional Latin fare like assorted Peruvian ceviches and tiraditos (a Peruvian take on sashimi). The fusion theme flows into the bar, where bartenders mix a number of variations on the classic Peruvian cocktail, the Pisco sour. The dining area boasts large, cubed windows, low lighting, and natural hues.
