At this no-frills bar, the mixologist is as big a draw as the cocktails themselves. Gromit Eduardson, formerly of the Hotel Skt. Petri and the Hotel Fox, skillfully mixes crowd-pleasing drinks, including the Copenhagen Cocktail (a mix of Cherry Herring, Bols Genever, lime juice, sugar syrup, and bitters). The subdued interior of the bar, with its dark, black, and gray walls and dim lighting, serves as the perfect backdrop for Eduardson’s creations. A mix of jazz and Motown lends a hip feel.
