Bluebird Dining Rooms
Previously a private dining club, the Bluebird Dining Rooms are now open to the public as part of Sir Terence Conran’s ever-expanding culinary empire. Together with son Tom, Conran redesigned the dining rooms, located within the extensive Bluebird complex, to accommodate everything from corporate events to dazzling cocktail parties. Plush leather furniture, private bars, and bold contemporary art are all bathed in natural light as guests indulge in spectacular seasonal dishes from talented chef Mark Block. Specialties may include roast salmon with citrus and honey, succulent rump of lamb, summery passion fruit sorbet, or comforting Christmas pudding with brandy butter.
