Most people don’t come to Cabo expecting to have some of the best sushi of their life. But that’s what you get at Nick-San, which serves a fusion of Japanese and Mexican cuisine, using fish straight from the surrounding seas. Don’t miss the yellowfin tuna belly tostados or the clear lobster roll, made with lobster tempura, avocado, mango, masago (flying fish roe), and lobster sauce. Nick-San has two locations: the original in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, the other at the Shoppes at Palmilla. The food is the same, but we prefer the ambiance of the original.
