Spago, Beaver Creek
The Colorado scenery and the American West were the inspiration for this Spago’s design, with earth-tone wall panels, towering ceilings, oversized black and white landscape photos overhead, and brown-and-white cowhide seating. Located inside The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, this Wolfgang Puck restaurant includes an exhibition kitchen and lounge. Executive Chef Mark Ferguson and his team create seasonal American fare such as house-smoked organic salmon and local trout, Colorado lamb chops with hunan eggplant, and pan-roasted venison filet mignon. More than 400 wines are available, many from American producers.
