When three head chefs from the world-renowned, former-best-restaurant-in-the-world El Bulli decided to open their own place in early 2015, it didn't take the critics long to realize that something special was happening. Disfrutar translates as "enjoy" in Spanish, and that's exactly what guests here can expect to do. The restaurant's two expertly elaborated tasting menus are delightfully creative and exquisitely executed, the dining room and terrace are stunning and the service is flawless.
