Baduzzi
Connecticut expatriate Michael Dearth has a great reputation in Auckland's culinary scene, and for good reason—he made a name for himself at fine-dining restaurant the Grove, which he opened with his wife Annette in 2004. His second spot, Baduzzi in North Wharf, serves the city’s best modern Italian-inspired food. Dearth is acutely aware of delivering excellent service and is effusively passionate about wine. With chef Ben Bayly at the helm, Baduzzi is just what the city ordered.
