This is Walt Disney's original California dream—charmingly retro and much more manageable than its Orlando descendant. Though Tomorrowland, Frontierland, Fantasyland, and Main Street were all on the very first Disneyland maps, the park has expanded enormously since its opening in 1955. Nowadays crowd favorites include the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, the Indiana Jones Adventure, Space Mountain, and the balloon-y, colorful world of Toontown.
And, of course, the footprint in Anaheim, California now includes Downtown Disney and California Adventure. Elsewhere on the planet sits Walt Disney World's four theme parks, and Disney outfits in Paris, Tokyo, and Shanghai.
