Based in Rio de Janeiro, Robinson makes quarterly trips to Peru to explore the country’s newest hospitality options and thriving food scene. Most recently, he visited MIL, Virilio Martinez’s new Sacred Valley restaurant, and the Kuelap fortress, a pre-Inca site in northern Peru that some say rivals Machu Picchu, to check out its new cable car. His passion for Incan history makes him particularly adept at planning insider trips to Machu Picchu, and his love of food has resulted in personal relationships with many of the region’s top chefs. Ask about private cooking workshops and market tours.
"A personal friend recommended Thomas to me. From my initial contact with him, the communication was always prompt. We had an initial phone call to discuss my ideas on where I wanted to travel and what my interests were. During my trip, Thomas was able to arrange several upgrades in my accommodation. It was also my birthday, so he arranged a gift to spend the afternoon kayaking for me during my stay. I would definitely recommend Thomas to a friend just as he was recommended to me. He is a genuine, friendly professional that has an innate way of understand his customers." - Leanne Hamilton
