Jeaninne Sanz Bernay
Born in the U.S. but raised in Argentina, Sanz Bernay brings a passion for Latin American culture to her trip planning. She’s currently based in Argentina, and has lived in and explored manyall of the countries she specializes in. Her years of insider knowledge and far-reaching friends and contacts have allowed her to include the best neighborhoods and restaurants in her itineraries.
But Sanz Bernay is constantly exploring and researching new itineraries, too. She’s currently spending half the year in Patagonia, developing glamping experiences throughout the region. One of her favorite destinations is the Mataderos district in western Buenos Aires, where her clients find local artisans, taste authentic food like choripán, and see Argentinean folk music performed.
"Jean planned my trip to Patagonia. I like it when things go as planned, and on this trip, things often went even better. Jean really knows how to do her job. The hotels she picked matched and exceeded my expectations. The guides were competent, friendly, reliable, and fun to be with. Everything worked without a glitch. I could focus on shooting great pictures and not on worrying about details of getting from point A to point B. She even put in a couple of unexpected highlights without telling me. For example, my guide took me to a lake in Torres del Paine Park with flamingos on it. I really felt that Jean took a personal interest in making this trip an experience of a lifetime for me" - Dr. Bernd Wanner
