Carb devotees can now eat their cake and sleep alongside it, too, thanks to a carb-inclusive stay at a Bread & Breakfast suite in New York City.
From now through January 31, the Refinery Hotel in Midtown South will be making dreams a reality for some hungry guests by decking out the boutique accommodations with sweet and savory snacks, bakery-inspired smells, Instagram-worthy decor, and more.
In addition to baguette-inspired lights, a pizza alarm clock, curtains printed with pretzels, croissant wallpaper, and a neon sign that says "Fresh Baked Bread," you can expect to sleep in what's basically equivalent to a pillowy loaf of bread. The headboard looks just like a slice of toast, and the pillows and comforter are covered with images of pastries.
The carb-filled room is also set to smell of "fresh bakery scents" and guests will be able to enjoy a bonanza of carb-inspired room fixtures, bedding, and accessories.
They'll also be able to take from the piece de resistance: A giant edible display on the wall that's brimming bagels and doughnuts. Guests are encouraged to grab their choice of treat depending on whether they're craving something sweet or savory. Butter and jam are, of course, included.
Guests will get to take home some special souvenirs, too. According to Hotels.com, each guest will be able to take home a custom embroidered robe with the term "Carbivore" on it and a pair of baguette slippers.
An overnight stay in a Bread & Breakfast room will set you back $225 per night and it comes with some perks, including a minibar stocked with an assortment of pastries.
With each stay, guests also receive a $100 credit that guests can use toward anything on the room-service menu.
Starting on January 17, you can book your stay by heading to Hotels.com before the pop-up comes to a close at the end of the month.
