While you probably already know Amazon as the place to get a deal on an Echo device or Instant Pot, you can head there to shop discounted tiny houses, too.

The makers of that viral DIY backyard guest house just launched a massive sale on one of its other tiny house kits on Amazon. Its 157-square-foot Estelle tiny house kit is now 23 percent off and marked down to $6,363.77 (that’s $1,935 off its usual $8,299 price tag).

Just like the wildly popular Solvolla studio cabin kit (FYI, it’s back in stock), the marked-down Estelle kit comes with everything you need to build a tiny home in your backyard. You can produce a basic but versatile structure that can be transformed into a guest house, studio, office, pool house, or any retreat you can dream up.

While electrical and plumbing materials are not included, the tiny house, which is made from Nordic spruce, comes with all of the necessary construction supplies. Once completed, it features two rooms, a series of windows, and an extended roof that offers extra shade and coverage at the front of the house. Assembly takes around 10 hours for two adults, according to the brand.

Allwood sells several more tiny house kits on Amazon, many of which cost less than $10,000; however, the Estelle and sleek Arlanda Jr. editions are the only ones on sale right now. Every model makes for a charming tiny house that can be used as is, or it can be further finished and customized. Prefab tiny houses are also available through the retailer, too.

The next time you’re shopping for your pantry or restocking your supply of toilet paper, add a tiny house to your order and get it delivered to your door — just like the rest of your Amazon purchases, you’re likely score a great deal.
