Online shopping and shopping in general have certainly changed since the start of COVID-19 lockdowns. Priorities shifted from "wants" to "needs," and we saw everything from toilet paper to hand sanitizer selling out everywhere. Now, only a few months shy of 2021, shoppers are redecorating, cooking, and buying versatile, comfortable clothing.

Travel + Leisure readers have been in nature quite a bit this summer, buying more hiking boots, biking gear, and water sports equipment than luggage, which is to be expected. Exploring our own national parks, beaches, mountains, and backyards has become a 2020 pastime, and avid travelers like T+L readers are truly taking advantage of outdoor adventures in the U.S.

Face Mask Brackets

One teacher's face mask hack (putting a face bracket underneath a face mask) has changed the game of mask-wearing for long periods of time. T+L shoppers are loving this particular face mask bracket, an Amazon best-seller, buying over 2,900 of them in the month of September alone.
