I Wore These Shoes Around Disney World and My Feet Never Hurt (Video)
There are a few things everyone should pack for a Disney World vacation — sunscreen, Mickey Mouse ears, and, most importantly, comfortable shoes. Disney World is the “most magical place on Earth,” but your feet will feel less-than-magical if you spend all day trekking around the parks in uncomfortable shoes. Whether you’re shopping around Disney Springs or strolling around the parks, the steps quickly add up — I easily walk 10 miles per day without even realizing it when I’m at Disney World. During my last trip to the parks, I put three pairs of shoes to the test in search of the best shoes for Disney World — and I didn’t get a single blister.

Allbirds Women’s Tree Runners
Lightweight and breathable, these sneakers from Allbirds will seriously save your feet from blisters and soreness after walking 10 miles through Magic Kingdom. I’m not exaggerating when I say these shoes saved my tired feet. I get blisters really easily, especially when I first wear a pair of new shoes, but these sneakers felt soft on my feet thanks to their merino wool insoles and plenty of cushioning (made from sustainable materials), and they didn’t require a break-in period. The shoes feel breezy and you can even wear them without socks, which is a huge plus when you’re walking around in the Florida humidity. The Tree Runners also come in a variety of trendy colors that are sure to compliment your athleisure, so you can still look cute as you wander through the parks.

Rothy's The Sneaker
Comfortable, washable, and eco-friendly? Yes, please. This slip-on sneaker from Rothy’s is a perfect travel shoe. I put it to the test on a travel day and a day in Epcot, and I was impressed. As I mentioned, I have a hard time breaking in shoes, yet these required no break-in time at all. They were comfortable from the first wear, not even rubbing my heels (which happens to me with every other pair of slip-on sneakers). I power walked all around Future World and World Showcase, and I was impressed by how cushioned and supported the soles of my feet felt. Plus, these shoes are breathable, and you can wash them if they need a refresh (which is much appreciated after walking around in 90 degree heat). Rothy’s shoes are also made with recycled plastic bottles, so you can feel good about your shoes (in more ways than one).

Cole Haan GrandPrø Rally Sneaker
If I had to wear one shoe for the rest of my life, it would probably be a white leather sneaker. They’re versatile and trendy, and you can wear them with everything from leggings to sundresses — perfect for trips when you can only bring one or two pairs of shoes. The GrandPrø Rally Sneaker from Cole Haan finds the ideal balance between comfort and style, making these shoes perfect for days spent walking around the theme parks. These sneakers are super lightweight (meaning they feel great on your feet and are easily packable in your carry-on), and they have Ortholite foam in the footbed, so your feet feel cushioned all day long. They even come in both medium and wide widths, so you can find your perfect fit (something I appreciate as a girl with wide feet). I wore these around Disney Springs and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and my feet felt great throughout the day.
