Really, really swear by.

I've always been hesitant to moisturize my face. I know, I know, crazy right? But fear of breakouts and cakey, heavy product loaded with weird scents can send me running for the hills. So I'm very picky about what goes on these cheeks. I have now been converted (quicker than Lyla Garrity in the second season of Friday Night Lights) to the religion of Fresh's Crème Ancienne, which is made by monks in a remote Czech monastery.

These guys know their stuff: they replicate a secret formula that was developed in Rome in the 2nd century AD. It contains potent ingredients like meadowfoam seed oil (a fatty acid easily absorbed into skin), chamomile wax, and Echinacea extract. A little of the cream goes a long way, which is key given the price. You should only dab a fingertip or two into the pot, and then apply. The smell? My favorite part: it's earthy, clean, and rich—like putting a time-tested, luxurious, museum-worthy treasure on your skin.
