We all have to get a little creative when it comes to combatting midsummer heat waves. Depending on where you live, that may mean temporarily taking over the local fountain for impromptu splashing sessions, heading to the local swimming hole, or indulging in one of summer’s greatest treats: ice cream. Last year may have been the hottest summer on Earth to date, but 2015 has had its moments.
