It just opened in 2017, and it spans the entire length of the island’s Banana Bay.

Banana Bay, the stretch of water that separates St. Kitts’ pristine southern beaches from the volcanic island of Nevis, is the Caribbean’s newest go-to destination. The area is the textbook definition of paradise — think golden sand beaches, crystal clear waters, and views of nearby islands — but the real reason vacationers are making their way to Banana Bay likely has to do with the new Park Hyatt resort, which spans the entire length of the bay. And right now, guests can snag exclusive perks when they stay.

Guests who book a room at the beachfront resort through Five Star Alliance are guaranteed a variety of treats during their stay, like a daily full breakfast for two at The Great House. One of the Park Hyatt’s three dining options, this Kittitian-meets-European restaurant features an herb garden, rum bar, and conservatory for afternoon tea. Those who make reservations through Five Star will also receive a $100 resort credit per room, which can be used on services and treatments resort-wide. Other special Five Star Alliance perks include in-room welcome amenities and complimentary Wi-Fi.

One of the most unique features the resort has to offer is beach views all around — each of the Park Hyatt’s 126 rooms face toward the bay, which guests can enjoy from the balcony or terrace attached to every room. In addition, every bathroom on the resort is equipped with deep soaking tubs and luxe rain showers, while some suites even have private swimming pools and sundecks with swoon-worthy views of St. Kitts and neighboring islands.

Though Park Hyatt St. Kitts is the ultimate relaxation destination, guests who favor activities can spend their days nearby golfing, playing tennis, working out in the fitness center, and doing some outdoor yoga right near the resort.
