Travelers will soon have more hotel rooms to choose from—103,230, to be exact.

That’s the number of new rooms being built around the United States in 2016, according to a report by hotel research firm STR.

Across the nation, perennial tourist hot spots like Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Los Angeles are seeing hotel growth, with STR reporting that at least 865 hotels are scheduled to open in 2016. That’s a 21% increase in the number of rooms under construction from a year ago, with properties opening in cities like Denver, Dallas, and Long Beach, California.

New York City has the largest number of hotel rooms under construction, with 13,583 currently being built. And while it’s not surprising that destinations like, D.C., Houston, Denver, and the Big Apple are seeing growth in the hotel market, according to USA Today, some more unexpected locations, like Detroit are also seeing a boom. There are 954 rooms slated to open in the Motor City in 2016, with plans for an additional 4,200 rooms coming in the next few years as visitors flock to see the city designated as the first UNESCO City of Design in the U.S.
