Travel + Leisure Exclusive: A Sneak Peak at the New Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina
Oahu is about to get its first new luxury property in years. The 17-story Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is now accepting reservations this week, for June 1, 2016 and beyond. The beachfront property, which was previously branded as a JW Marriott and sits next to Disney’s Aulani Resort, is being transformed, top-to-bottom, and will bring a new level of sophistication to the island; it also marks the addition of a fifth Hawaiian property to the Four Seasons portfolio, which also has locations on Maui, Hawaii, and Lanai.

Travelers can expect to find 358 light-filled rooms and suites, five restaurants and lounges, four pools, tennis courts, a multi-level spa with a lap pool and outdoor treatment rooms, and a golf club. Rooms are decorated in a modern Hawaiiana style, with local woods and banana-leaf wall coverings; they all come with a lanai, and face the ocean or a lagoon. There will be two kid-friendly pools, but adults can also find quiet time in a separate pool and beach area. Dining options range from a grab-and-go coffee bar (great for those East Coast guests up early!) to a line-to-table seafood restaurant to an Italian spot with a wood-fired oven. Rates begin at $595 per night; currently, there is a stay longer, fourth-night free package being offered which brings the rate to $447 per night.
