The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is ready to welcome guests once again. The hotel announced on Wednesday that it has set a re-opening date of Nov. 30, 2020.

“We are thrilled to once again be opening our doors and welcoming our guests back. While this year has proved challenging in many respects, we have used the time wisely to further cultivate our guest offerings and guest experience and make property enhancements,” Thomas Carreras, the hotel’s general manager, shared in a statement.

According to Carreras, the hotel is opening with the health and safety of guests and team members as its top priority.

“We have also used this time to focus on our already stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards, further enriched by our Lead With Care program,” Carreras said.

Beyond its new cleanliness standards, the hotel is also celebrating its re-opening with a variety of new experiences designed to appeal to every guest.

“Whether you’re a New Yorker looking for an overnight city staycation, you’re driving in from any number of major US cities just a few hours away, or you’re visiting us from another part of the country or the world, we look forward to welcoming you and ensuring your experience is exceptional,” Carreras added.

Following the reopening, guests can enjoy an array of health and wellness offerings at The Spa, dining at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, as well as several new curated offerings like the Empire Suite Experience.

The Empire Suite Experience, the hotel explained in a statement, “is the ultimate New York City experience designed to reflect the vibrant attitude and lifestyle of Downtown.” The suite, formerly known as the Royal Suite, underwent a refresh by British interior designer Tara Bernerd over the summer. When it becomes available to the public on Jan. 1, 2021, it will include a host of inclusions and experiences for guests including round-trip helicopter transfers from all three major airports (JFK, La Guardia, and Newark) for two, a limousine transfers from Wall Street Heliport (or airport if preferred) for two, a personal spa retreat for two including a couple’s massage, and a choice of personalized silk pajamas by Olivia Von Halle Pajamas and/or personalized Duke + Dexter slippers for two. The Empire Suite Experience begins at $25,000 per night.

That package begins at $1,195 per night and is valid for stays from Dec. 1, 2020, to Jan. 31, 2021.
