Eat like the Disney empire founder with this recipe, which is perfect for cozy nights in watching Disney+. According to Disney Family, Walt Disney preferred hardy and simple food, eating lots of canned chili through the years before developing this recipe. Bettmann Archive Here’s the recipe according to the D23 website: Ingredients For the Chili 2 lbs. coarse ground beef2 onions, sliced2 cloves garlic1⁄2 cup oil1 cup celery, chopped1 tsp. chili powder (depending on taste)1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. dry mustard1 large can solid pack tomatoes2 lbs. dry pink beansSalt For Extra Zest Add a pinch of the following spices: 1 little yellow Mexican chili pepperCoriander seedsTurmericChili seedsCumin seedsFennel seedsClovesCinnamonDry ginger Preparation Soak the beans overnight in cold water. Drain, add water to cover (two inches over beans), and simmer with onions for about four hours or until tender. Brown the meat and minced garlic in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients, and simmer for one hour. When the beans are tender, add the meat sauce and simmer for a half-hour.
