Playing with your food is usually considered poor table manners. A new restaurant in Staffordshire, England encourages it.

The Rollercoaster Restaurant at the Alton Towers theme park in the west of England lives up to its name, delivering food via rollercoaster. Guests place their orders on a tablet, and as soon as their burgers, curries, or salmon filets are ready, dinner is sent hurtling down their table’s own miniature roller coaster track spiraling from floor to ceiling.

Worried about spills? Don’t be. Workers place the food in secure metal canisters before sending it rocketing around the room to arrive at your table. It offers diners plenty of entertainment; after all, when’s the last time you saw a plate of risotto take a rollercoaster ride?

Don’t let your food have all the fun, though. Alton Towers has plenty of thrilling rides for humans, too, making it a great destination for families road-tripping through England.
