Food & Wine revealed its annual list for the Best New Restaurants in America on Tuesday, and there is a dish for everyone on the list.

Coming in at number 10 on the list is Piece of Meat, in New Orleans. As for why it made the list, Food&Wine said, “Everything Leighann Smith and Daniel Jackson touch has a serotonin T-shirt cannon je ne sais quoi.” At the hybrid butcher shop and restaurant, the magazine suggests ordering the eggrolls along with your meat.

“The whole place is a thing of unsubtle beauty,” according to Food&Wine. “A hands-in-the-air-like-you-just-don’t-care mosh pit of flavor and fun. Exactly the thing we were missing.”

Craving pasta over meat? Then head to Boston to eat at Fox & The Knife, which came in number seven on the list.

Looking for a less formal dining affair? Then go to Los Angeles for a sandwich at Konbi, which sits at number four on the list.

“At a cult Japanese sandwich shop, the B sides can’t be missed,” the magazine wrote.

“Come early (like 9 a.m. early) and you’ll stand a chance of tasting the other feather in the Konbi cap: French pastries,” Food&Wine added. “They sell at most 42 chocolate croissants a day, a psychotic after-hours labor of love that involves a manual sheeter and the kind of fanatic sensibility that ensures there’s cocoa in every single bite.”
