There was a time in my life when I ate an Amy’s bean-and-cheese burrito almost everyday for lunch. So the 25-year-old me was extremely excited to hear about the organic frozen food company’s latest development: a healthy fast-food drive thru in Rohnert Park, California, about an hour north of San Francisco in Sonoma County. The all-vegetarian, non-GMO-ingredient menu includes vegetarian burgers, shakes, fries, pizzas, and salads—all of which can be ordered both vegan- and gluten-free. When possible, ingredients are sourced locally, including its pickles, which are brined at Sonoma Brinery. Think of it as a guilt-free way to soak up all that wine after vineyard hopping.
