As if you needed another reason to look forward to weekend brunch, the incredible, edible egg has found another way to surprise us all.
Cloud eggs are dressing up our plates and our Instagram feeds in such an effortlessly beautiful way, they might just replace your usual breakfast order forever.
The morning treat is made by first separating the egg yolk from the white. Then, whip the whites in a separate bowl. You can even add extras like chives or bacon pieces into your whip.
Next, add your piles of whipped egg whites onto a baking sheet and bake for five to eight minutes at about 450 degrees, just before they start to brown.
As the egg whites start to get a little golden-brown, add the intact egg yolks in the center of your piles and bake for about three more minutes.
When they’re done, enjoy fluffy goodness.
