Hello Kitty is all over the place, from planes, to trains, to airport gates — there's even an entire restaurant dedicated to the adorable animation.

Lovers of the cartoon now have one more thing to add to the bucket list: Southern California's new semi-permanent Hello Kitty Cafe.

Starting July 15, the cafe will be open at the Irvine Spectrum Center for a year, offering pies, cakes, and coffee that are all Hello Kitty-themed. Coming soon: additional sweets boasting the faces of the character's many friends.

Sound like something you'd travel for? Follow the Hello Kitty Cafe's Facebook page for updates on opening weekend festivities and menu updates.
