Glow-in-the-dark donuts are the perfect midnight snack
Sometimes midnight snacking has its drawbacks. You have to get out of bed, for one. Then walk all the way to the kitchen. Find your beloved snack item.

Even though they look radioactive, don’t worry: They’re totally, 100 percent edible and they sound absolutely delicious. The classic donuts are topped with yuzu icing and loaded with vitamin B, which is what gives their tops the bright, green glow. No added food coloring or dyes (or uranium).
“We thought it would be fun to see people with glow-in-the-dark icing all over their hands and faces, so doughnuts were the natural choice,” store owner Christopher Té told Daily Mail Australia.
The treats are currently only sold at the pop-up Glow Cave Dessert Bar at Sydney’s Vivid festival. But who knows, maybe they’ll become a staple at the bakery too, one day.
