The Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and Guadalajara-based Cerveceréa Minerva released Cora, an amber-hued lager maturated in tequila barrels.

Chef John Johnson of the Four Seasons Hotel New York worked with Captain Lawrence Brewery on an aromatic pale ale that incorporates elderflower, orange peel, and coriander in its recipe.

Northwest Peak Brewery is behind Never Trust a Skinny Chef ale at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, where it’s poured from a tap donning a bobblehead handle of chef Kerry Sear and used in entrees at the Art Restaurant.

The Four Seasons Resort the Biltmore Santa Barbara serves 1927 Ale, an orangey rye named for the hotel’s opening year and made by award-winning Telegraph Brewing Company.

More proof of the artisanal beer movement’s runaway success? The Four Seasons Hotel Boston offers an “I Brew” wedding package that includes mobile kegerators filled with New England-produced Allagash Belgium White in lieu of traditional champagne toasts.
