Soon you’ll see a world of pure imagination in Amsterdam.

According to the New York Post, a Willy Wonka-like chocolate factory is setting up in the town of Zaandam, in The Netherlands, which is about 18 kilometers (11 miles) north of Amsterdam.

Amsterdam-based architecture firm SeARCH has teamed up with Tony’s Chocolonely to create Tony’s Chocolonely Chocolate Circus, the New York Post reported. The location will apparently have three buildings, one of which will house a roller coaster. The project for the Chocolate Circus was originally announced by Tony’s Chocolonely back in 2018, but plans have only recently been released.

Though the design certainly looks whimsical — like something out of the "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate" Factory film — there will sadly be no chocolate river.

Plans for the roller coaster itself include one loop through a red pavilion, and will not go inside the factory, according to the Daily Mail. Inside the factory, visitors will be able to tour the factory on foot and learn everything there is to know about chocolate, including problems and issues about the chocolate industry itself. Tony’s Chocolonely was originally set up in 2005 with a mission to “end slavery on cocoa farms,” the Daily Mail reported. It partners with farming co-ops to buy cocoa beans directly from farmers at a higher price while also investing in agriculture and training, according to the company’s website.

The complex will be able to support 600 employees, as well as over 500,000 visitors per year, according to the Daily Mail. Overall, the project will cost about $105 million, the New York Post reported.

“We are super happy and cannot wait. And you?” it said in a statement from SeARCH, according to the Daily Mail.

It is unclear when the project will be complete, but once it is, the Chocolate Circus will certainly be on many chocolate-lover’s bucket lists.
