Election Day is finally here, and Spirit Airlines wants you to unwind with a post-polling vacation.
After you’ve cast your vote, head over to Spirit for fares starting at $35. Reservations must be made by midnight on November 9, and travel dates are valid for Tuesdays and Wednesday from November 15 to February 8.
Additional one-way flights can be found for $55 and $75, though unfortunately, none of them will get you out of the country.
And in the very divided state of Ohio, Spirit is celebrating their foray into the Akron-Canton market (with regularly scheduled flights to Florida) with a Relaxation Station at the North Canton polling center. Locals can complete their ballots, and unwind with free massages and refreshments.
Unfortunately, refreshments and massages are definitely not free on Spirit Airlines flights.
While you can score an ultra-cheap deal with this budget carrier, be careful about extra fees for carry-on bags, assigned seats, and bottles of water. (And the less you spend with Spirit, the more reward miles you’ll earn—so skip the in-flight snacks.)
