Southwest has $59 flights to the Caribbean right now
Beginning November 5, travelers can book a flight to the Turks and Caicos for as little as $59 one-way with Southwest Airlines.
Southwest’s ultra-cheap seats to the Caribbean are being offered in celebration of the airline’s new non-stop, daily service from Fort Lauderdale to Providenciales, an island in the Turks and Caicos known locally as Provo.
Your affordable Turks and Caicos vacation must be taken by January 7, 2018, though blackout dates do apply (November 18, December 16, and December 21 through 22).
This fare will be available for purchase through Southwest.com from Thursday, June 1 until June 8 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Unlike most low-cost carriers, Southwest’s tickets still come with plenty of perks.
Even your $59 flight to the Caribbean will include two checked bags, and if you need to alter your itinerary, you’ll only pay the difference in fares — no change fees apply.
In less than two hours, Fort Lauderdale-based travelers can be exploring the islands’ 230 plus miles of white-sand beaches and the world’s third-largest barrier reef. Check into one of the best hotels in the entire Caribbean, like The Somerset on Grace Bay, the Grace Bay Club, and Parrot Cay by Como.
For the perfect Turks and Caicos getaway, be sure to go horseback riding on the beach and grab a fresh conch salad and a locally-brewed Turks’ Head beer at Da Conch Shack.
