That's at least half of what you'd usually pay. Or more.

Chicagoans can now book a round-trip ticket to Shanghai for only $525: that’s less than the average one-way fare, and it includes all additional taxes. These low, low prices are available on both United, as well as American. The travel window is narrow: only from the end of April until the beginning of May. So unfortunately, you can't use this deal to check out the new Shanghai Disneyland. But if you’re ready to book a spontaneous trip to China, now’s the time to do it. For only $100 more, you can change this from a nonstop route to one with a layover. All the better for exploring the other side of the planet.
