Without question, these are stress-inducing times we are living through. But, throughout it all, it’s important to find a few moments here and there and take time to find a bit of personal calm. And Disney+ is here to help you do just that.

In May, Disney+ launched a new series known as Zenimation, which essentially is classic Disney animation overlaid with calming music to soothe your soul.

Each of the 10 episodes, created and edited by David Bess, comes with a specific theme. For example, the episode known as “Water” combines classic clips from "The Little Mermaid" and more recent adventures from "Moana" overlaid with soothing water sounds like a waterfall and tiny rain droplets hitting the ground.

In the episode titled “Flight” Disney paired together clips from a range of animated films including "Aladdin," "Peter Pan," and "Big Hero 6" paired with the sounds of rushing air and the soft sounds of wings flapping in the sky. The videos come with no dialog or remixes of Disney songs — just beautiful images and low-key music so fans of all ages can completely zone out for a bit.

"Whether it’s baby Moana being called by the ocean, Anna and Kristoff walking through an icy forest or Baymax and Hiro Hamada flying over San Fransokyo, these iconic scenes become an aural experience like no other with the sounds of ocean waves, an icy forest and soaring flight," Disney shared in a release. “Zenimation pays tribute to both the visual and sound artists who have created Walt Disney Animation Studios’ legacy of films.”

Sit down with your kids, or frankly just by yourself, and watch one or all 10 episodes on Disney+ to find your own moment of peace today.
