Turns out, taking a drone video of your homeland is the best way to fight on-the-road homesickness.

If you pull away from any city and view it from the air, you're going to catch a more clear view of its innerworkings. But with Poland, you get the best of all vistas packed into one country: serene beaches, staggering skylines, rolling countryside—all in the matter of minutes. It's no wonder the country is home to one of our World's Best Cities.

A couple of travelers on the brink of taking off for a few months decided to compile some of the country's best views in honor of their homeland (in our opinion, the best way to find on-the-road homesickness!). Above, you'll find a new way of looking at some of Poland's most well known landmarks: Hel Peninsula, Wigry National Park, the Tatra Mountains, and more. Check out the drone footage from Szpilki Na Mapie above.
